Nor-Shipping invites Mercy Ships as Charity of Choice for the third time
– We are really thankful for the honor and opportunity, says National Director of Mercy Ships Norway, Martin Aarflot.
– Mercy Ships is depending on good relations to partners and sponsors in the maritime industry and we are meeting many of our best friends on Nor-Shipping. Mercy Ships is looking for opportunities to find volunteer crew and continue to build great relations to our suppliers, so being Charity of Choice on Nor-Shipping is important to us.
We are looking forward to meeting both exhibitors and visitors and tell the Mercy Ships story and the latest news from our hospital ships in Africa. Mercy Ships has since 2007, had one hospital ship in active service, but in 2022 the Global Mercy was added to the fleet. With two vessels in service Mercy Ships will be needing about 3000 volunteer crew annually and we also need more maritime partners to support the operations in various ways.
If you are planning to visit Nor-Shipping this year, please come by our booth F01-13 in the western end of the entrance hall, close to the main entrance.
